The group: Japan, Senegal, France
TUMIQUI JAPON SASU is part of a group of three companies in three countries. Each has a role. For everything that happens in Senegal and neighbouring countries, the contact is TUMIQUI JAPON SASU.

How the three work together
Diagram: three linked boxes. SUCRECUBE Japon (Tokyo) owns 100% of TUMIQUI JAPON SASU (Senegal). SUCRECUBE Technologies (France) is linked by a separate line, outside consolidation. (To be drawn)
A contract with an international organisation. The parent company signs the contract and is responsible for the commitments. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU delivers, installs, trains and maintains. UNICEF in The Gambia was served this way: contract in Tokyo, execution from Senegal.
A project with a Japanese ministry. The parent company holds the project and reports to the ministry. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU carries out the work on site, employs the Senegalese technicians and runs the operation. The X-ICS trial and the mango processing work on this pattern.
A sale in Senegal. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU sells, installs and maintains directly. The parent company steps in for the supply of equipment and special parts.
A product to evaluate in Europe. SUCRECUBE Technologies evaluates products on the European market and selects equipment for the group.
Why a company in Senegal
The group began in Senegal in 2019, with the Ministry of Health and Social Action. In the first year, one question came up: who repairs equipment installed in a village two years after delivery? The answer was to create a company in the country, in January 2020, with Senegalese technicians, a stock of spare parts and sites in operation. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU exists so that the electricity delivered stays in service.
In Senegal, with the State
Three Senegalese ministries are linked to the group by a memorandum of understanding: Health and Social Action, National Education, Industry and Commerce. A memorandum of understanding has also been signed with the town and the Sandiara special economic zone.
