How to buy
TUMIQUI JAPON SASU sells in Senegal and in neighbouring countries. The route depends on who you are. In every case, first contact is by e-mail (contact@tumiqui.com) or through the quote form, and a contact person replies from Dakar.
Three routes depending on the buyer

From quote to delivery
- First contact. You tell us the product, quantity, use and location. By e-mail or through the form.
- Quote. We send a written quote with the model, accessories and lead time.
- Order. You confirm the quote. For payment methods, the minimum order quantity and the validity period of the quote, please contact us.
- Delivery. Products in stock in Senegal are delivered from Sandiara or Dakar. For large orders, the import lead time is stated on the quote.
- Installation and training. A TUMIQUI JAPON SASU technician installs the equipment and trains the users on site. For a single Smart Kit, a short on-site training session is enough.
- After delivery. One-year warranty on the Smart Kit. Technicians remain reachable by e-mail for questions of use and for breakdowns.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an electrician to install the Smart Kit? No. The panel is connected to the unit and switched on. A technician nevertheless comes for commissioning and training.
What is the warranty? One year from purchase for the Smart Kit. Terms for other equipment are stated on the quote.
What happens if it breaks down? You contact TUMIQUI JAPON SASU by e-mail. A technician diagnoses the problem remotely, then visits if needed. Spare parts are managed in Senegal.
What is the delivery time? It depends on stock and quantity. The lead time is stated on each quote.
Can I rent instead of buy? Cold space in Sandiara is rented. For the Smart Kit, please ask.
