Is there a minimum order quantity? A single Smart Kit can be ordered. For volume pricing and group order terms, please ask.
What payment methods are accepted? Payment methods and terms are stated on the quote, according to the type of buyer and the order. Please ask.
Do you respond to tenders? Yes. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU responds to tenders from ministries, local authorities, international organisations and NGOs. The parent company, SUCRECUBE Japon, is a registered supplier on the United Nations portal (UNGM).

Warranty, maintenance and training
What is the warranty? One year from purchase for the Smart Kit. Warranty terms for other equipment are stated on the quote.

Which languages can we use? French and English in Senegal. Exchanges in Japanese are possible with the parent company.
