Personal data
What data. When you use the quote form or write to us, TUMIQUI JAPON SASU collects the data you enter: name, organisation, country and town, e-mail address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message.
Why. This data is used to reply to your request, prepare a quote and follow up the business relationship. It is not used for other purposes and is not sold.
Who has access. The data is processed by TUMIQUI JAPON SASU staff in Senegal and, for the projects concerned, by the parent company SUCRECUBE Japon (Tokyo). Responses to the quote form are stored in Google Forms (Google LLC), which acts as a service provider. The technical providers that host the site and the e-mail service have access within the limits of their task.
How long. The data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the commercial follow-up, and, as a guideline, at most two years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights. You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, by writing to the address given above. TUMIQUI JAPON SASU applies Senegalese legislation on the protection of personal data.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site measures its audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. The site does not use any non-essential cookies. It therefore shows no cookie consent banner.
